The online statements are exactly like the paper statements that you receive in the mail or via e-mail.
The online statements and your account can be accessed securely and easily via PAL Borrower Portal.
The online statements can be accessed anywhere you have access to the internet at any time that is convenient for you.
You are able to download the online statements and save them directly to your computer.
They are as legally binding as a standard paper statement.
They are acceptable for tax and legal proceedings.
Online statements are available quicker. You no longer have to wait for the statement to arrive in the mail.
Online Statements are an environmentally-friendly alternative because it takes less energy and natural resources than paper statements to produce and deliver to you.
FAQ
Do I need to have any special software to view online statements?
Yes. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and save the online statements, which are PDF files. If you do not have it, get the latest version from the adobe website.
How do I know when my online statement is ready to view?
Statements will be available online on or around the 20th of the month before they are due.
Do I need to be registered to get online statements?
Yes, you would need to be Register for a new account but everyone will have access to their account after registration. If you choose not to register, you will NOT have access to your statements. For security purposes, we do not e-mail account statements to customers any longer.
Do I need anything to register for a New Account?
Yes. You will need to have your tax ID number (Federal EIN Number).
